Heraklis Hotel - Berat

Stayed here for 1 day, appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with magnificent and incredible location excellent in relation to castle. Everything was great, the staff were very very helpful. Had a PERFECT stay here during our trip.

We had the a double room which was unique and updated for the larger bed. There were climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen television provided.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the city center, old town, restaurants, and promenade. the staff were exceptional and very friendly. - I appreciated the clean and functional room with toilets.

Amazing and magnificent location just a few steps away from a Jewish museum. Helpful hotel employees on hand. Immaculately clean and unique room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The staff here are really friendly and always have a smile on their face, and the rooms offer a nice view.

What an amazing stay! The location was unreal, right in the heart of the old town center. The rooms were spotless, like mind-blown clean, with everything we needed. The neighborhood was so peaceful, perfect for a chill getaway. And the staff, oh my god, they were incredible! Eric, the English-speaking wizard, was always there to help and gave us the best tips ever. We forgot a bag and he went above and beyond to get it back to us. This place is the definition of perfection.

I always return to this hotel because it's a great value. The staff even helped me with a charger. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, laundry, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, it's non-smoking and has air conditioning. I'll be back for my city trip!

We decided to visit Albania to explore different cultures, and our friends recommended Heraklis Hotel. Our stay was fantastic - the hotel had a traditional aesthetic and was conveniently located next to the pedestrian street and close to the castle. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The breakfast offered delicious organic options, and the hosts were helpful and kind.
